What are Nozzle Heaters Used For?

Nozzle heaters are used to apply specific heat to an area on an injection moulding machine called the injection nozzle. These come in various diameters and lengths and without the heating of the nozzles, it would be impossible for the plastic to flow out of them.

Our nozzle heaters are totally sealed (hermetically) which offers improved durability and reduction in down times. This makes them a cost-effective alternative to other designs that are not hermetically sealed in the same way.
