Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
Refund Approval:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Recheck your bank account: Ensure the refund hasn't been posted.
2. Contact your credit card company: It may take some time for the refund to officially post.
3. Contact your bank: There is often a processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sales@undercontrol.co.uk. You may then send your item to [return address] with the relevant order details.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or the wrong item was sent. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return reaches us. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without these services.
