IBC Heating Jacket 2kW – Single-Zone Heater for 1000L IBCs

The Under Control Instruments 2kW IBC Heating Jacket wraps around a standard 1000-litre Intermediate Bulk Container to help maintain liquid temperature and manage viscosity. It is designed for non-hazardous applications where cold conditions can make liquids harder to handle or discharge.

Single-zone digital temperature control lets you adjust the heating setting, while 25mm fibreglass insulation helps retain heat around the container. Hook-and-loop straps secure the jacket in place for fitting and removal.

The thermostat adjustment range is not a guarantee of the temperature achievable within the liquid. Check the required operating temperature, container compatibility and heater instructions before use.

Suitable applications may include temperature maintenance and viscosity management for oils, syrups, lotions, adhesives and other compatible, non-hazardous liquids. Confirm suitability for the contents and container before ordering.

Important operating information

This jacket is not waterproof. Although it can cope with splashes, the IP65 rating listed above relates only to the control junction and should not be taken as a rating for the complete jacket. Contact us to discuss an outdoor-rated version if required.

This standard model is intended for non-hazardous applications, not flammable or hazardous materials. Follow the supplied installation and operating instructions, and have installation and suitability checked by appropriately qualified personnel.
