The Under Control Instruments F-Class 4kW IBC Heating Jacket is designed to help warm liquids and maintain manageable viscosity in standard 1000-litre Intermediate Bulk Containers. When cold conditions make stored liquids harder to discharge, this wrap-around jacket provides controlled heating across two independently adjustable zones.
Digital temperature control allows separate settings for each zone, while 25mm fibreglass insulation helps retain heat. Heavy-duty hook-and-loop fasteners secure the jacket around the container and allow removal when needed.

The thermostat setting and listed maximum temperature should not be taken as a guarantee of the temperature achieved throughout the liquid. Confirm the permitted operating temperature of your container and contents before use.
For temperature maintenance and viscosity management of compatible, non-hazardous liquids such as oils, syrups, lotions and adhesives. Check suitability for the specific contents, container and process before ordering.
Contact us to discuss these options. They are not included with the standard jacket unless specified.
This standard heater is intended for non-hazardous materials and applications. Do not select this model for flammable or hazardous contents without specialist assessment and appropriately specified equipment.
The IP65 rating applies to the control junction, not the complete heating jacket. Contact us to confirm suitability for your environment or to discuss an outdoor-use version.
Follow the supplied installation, operation and maintenance instructions. Installation and application suitability should be checked by appropriately qualified personnel.
Check your IBC dimensions, supply requirements, liquid compatibility and required operating temperature. Contact Under Control Instruments for help selecting a suitable jacket or specifying an alternative version.
