Operation & Safety

The thermostat operates independently of the main temperature control. Its sensor probe is placed directly in the fryer's oil. As the temperature rises, the fluid inside the probe and capillary expands, creating pressure that triggers a safety switch. If the temperature surpasses the high-limit set point, the switch will open, cutting off the gas supply to the fryer.

Once the temperature cools down by a few degrees, the fluid contracts, and the switch automatically closes, resetting the safety circuit and allowing the fryer to operate again. This automated process ensures continuous protection and efficiency without requiring a manual reset button.
