Catering Hose Restraining Cable kits are used to secure the appliance to a solid wall to protect the hose from damage should the appliance be moved. Frequently when cleaning commercial appliances in kitchens they are pulled forward for cleaning. When this is done and the restraining cable is not fitted could cause damage to the hose allowing dangerous gases to escape. Please ensure that these are always fitted.
