Product Overview

This 9kW three-phase immersion heater is designed for high-duty industrial liquid heating applications where reliability and precise temperature control are essential. The heater features a G1½" stainless steel threaded fitting combined with Incoloy 800 heating elements, providing excellent resistance to oxidation, scaling, and high operating temperatures.

A 700mm immersion depth makes this unit suitable for deep tanks, vessels, and process systems. The heater is supplied with a 100mm × 100mm plastic terminal box housing three-pole combination control thermostats and an integrated pilot light, offering clear visual indication and safe, controlled operation.

The assembly is completed with an M20 × 1.5 cable gland and a 2-metre pre-wired 4 × 2.5mm² cable, ensuring straightforward installation in three-phase systems.
