Featuring an optimal 850mm immersion depth, this immersion heater is particularly well-suited for deep tanks, vessels, and complex process systems that require rapid and consistent heat-up times. The unit incorporates a 100mm × 100mm plastic terminal box, which contains three-pole combination control thermostats and an integrated pilot light. This innovative design enables precise temperature management and provides clear visual status indications for ease of monitoring.
The heater comes complete with an M20 × 1.5 cable gland along with a 2-metre pre-wired cable featuring 4 × 2.5mm² strands, facilitating a safe three-phase installation. Every precaution has been taken to ensure that installation is straightforward, although it must be performed by qualified personnel.
