Product Overview

This 6kW immersion heater is designed for demanding industrial and commercial liquid heating applications where reliability, durability, and accurate temperature control are required. The heater features a G1½" stainless steel threaded fitting combined with Incoloy 800 heating elements, offering excellent resistance to oxidation, scaling, and high operating temperatures.

With a 460mm immersion depth, this heater is well suited for medium-depth tanks, vessels, calorifiers, and process systems where efficient and consistent heating is required.

The heater is supplied with a 100mm × 100mm plastic terminal box housing a combination control thermostat (30–70°C) and an integrated pilot light, providing clear visual indication of operation and safe temperature regulation.

Installation is simplified with an M20 × 1.5 cable gland and a 2-metre pre-wired 3 × 2.5mm² cable, making the unit ready for connection to 230V single-phase power supplies.
