Order straight, send bent!!

Supplied straight elements bent in half! Phoned to query this and got a very unhelpful ‘its for transport cost, pay more and you can have them straight!!’
I would have, had i had this option

Very sorry that the way we ship them was not suitable for you, sizes over 1.5m we gentley bend in a tear drop for shipping purposes so that when they arrive can be easily straightened out. We have never been told its a problem and can work with your future requirements. We have put a note on file for this, you can also inform us a time of order.
