The IBC Immersion Heater is expertly crafted for efficient heating in 1000-litre intermediate bulk containers. With a robust 3000W heating power, it ensures rapid heating of a variety of liquids including water, oils, and greases, making it an essential tool in both industrial and food-processing settings. This immersion heater is designed to fit directly onto the IBC filling hole through a durable 304 stainless steel cup (Ø 170mm), which helps to maintain atmospheric balance while optimizing heating efficiency.

An innovative long non-heating section allows the heating coil to rest at the bottom of the tank, ensuring that upper liquid layers remain safe from overheating. The unit’s heating element features a surface load of 3 W/cm², which is adaptable for use with both low and high-viscosity liquids. Construction from 304 stainless steel ensures longevity, even in the most demanding environments.

This model boasts an IP69K rating for internal access, making it perfect for hygiene-sensitive applications and enabling high-pressure hot-water cleaning capabilities. Temperature control is precise and reliable, with an adjustable 30–90°C thermostat positioned centrally on the heating coil, allowing for stable heating results. Additionally, a fail-safe SPNC manual reset high-limit safety thermostat is included to automatically shut off the heater in case the liquid level falls too low, leading to potential dry-run incidents.
