This 150W mica nozzle heater provides localised heating around compatible cylindrical machine nozzles. Its 1-inch internal diameter x 1.5-inch width suits installations requiring this specific size and output, including compatible injection moulding and extrusion equipment.
A brass sheath encloses the mica-insulated heating assembly in a sealed band construction. The clamping band secures it around the nozzle, with 1m stainless-steel overbraided leads for electrical connection.

Dimensions are internal diameter x width. Match both measurements, wattage and voltage to the existing heater or machine specification. This is the 1-inch diameter x 1.5-inch width model, not the 1.5-inch diameter x 1-inch width version. Do not substitute a different output without checking the machine's requirements.
Installation & Use
Installation and electrical connection should be carried out by a qualified, competent person with the supply isolated. Ensure correct contact with the nozzle and use suitable temperature control. Follow the machine and heater instructions. Sealed construction does not mean suitability for immersion or direct liquid exposure.
