The EGO 50.57076.070 Simmerstat is a dependable infinite switch designed for smooth and effective heat control in commercial catering equipment. Rated at 13A, 240V, it operates using a bi-metal strip that flexes with temperature, cycling the electrical circuit on and off according to the knob position.
This version is fitted with a 4.7mm diameter threaded shaft and is supplied without a fixing nut. EGO simmerstats are available in two common shaft sizes—4.7mm and 6mm—with a range of mounting options. Compatible knobs and bezels are available separately.
Commonly used in Bain-Maries, hot cupboards, and other heated catering appliances, this simmerstat provides reliable temperature regulation without direct temperature measurement.
