Description:
LB-771 is a heavy-duty, high-temperature, nickel-based anti-seize lubricant paste. It is designed to prevent galling, corrosion, and seizing of metal parts under extreme conditions. The compound contains nickel, graphite, and mineral oils, providing exceptional resistance to heat and chemical attack.
Key Features
-
Nickel-Based Formula: Maintains integrity up to 1,315 °C (2,399 °F).
-
High-Temperature Performance: Operating range –54 °C to +1,315 °C (–65 °F to +2,399 °F).
-
Corrosion Resistance: Resists acids, ammonia, acetylene, and vinyl monomer.
-
Prevents Galling & Seizing: Ideal for stainless steel and other alloys.
-
Facilitates Disassembly: Even after exposure to heat and corrosive environments.
-
Non-Curing Paste: Thick, metallic silver appearance.
-
Easy to apply: Supplied with an applicator brush inside.
