9kW Immersion Heater – Single & Three Phase

Product Overview

This 9kW immersion heater provides industrial liquid heating for tanks, vessels and process systems, with compatibility for 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase supplies when connected in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

A G1½" stainless steel threaded fitting and Incoloy 800 heating elements provide a robust construction for demanding heating applications. The 700mm immersion depth suits deep tanks and vessels, while the integrated pilot light provides a visible operating indication.

Typical Applications

Installation Notes

• Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician following the manufacturer's wiring instructions.
• The electrician must confirm the connection arrangement, neutral requirements, cable sizing, switching and circuit protection for the selected supply and full 9kW load. Do not assume that cabling specified for the separate 230V three-phase model is suitable for this version.
• Confirm the supplied cable specification before installation.
• Fully submerge the heating elements before energising.
• Combination thermostats provide operational control and safety cut-out features.
• Check fluid compatibility with Incoloy 800 before use.
