Cast iron jet burners with large calibrated brass jets are situated around the burner, firing in varying directions to impinge the flames.
32 Jet Burners for Commercial Tandoori Stockpot Cooker & Woks are available as part of our commercial gas range, we currently stock a selection of high-quality jet burners. These are made from cast iron – measuring approximately 10.5” (267mm) in diameter. The 32 jet burners are the most popular of the range and are available in two mounting options bottom or side entry. They feature large, calibrated jets around the circumference. This allows for even surface heating and gas distribution. They are sized to reduce black pots caused by wrong-sized jets.

Natural Gas (NG) and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) models are available depending on your requirements.

The 32-jet burners have a maximum flow rate of:

• 147,000 BTU for NG (43.1KW)
• 100,500 BTU for LPG (29.4KW)
  

Gas jet burners are primarily for outdoor use and are most commonly used in a commercial catering environment – for Indian stock-pot cookers, Chinese wok cookers, and hot plate ranges. However, if necessary, c can also use them indoors with the addition of a vent hood.

They’re priced very competitively, starting from just £38 with free delivery. What’s more, they benefit from a multi-buy discount – whereby the more jet burners you buy, the cheaper they become.
