Ceran glass is used in commercial catering drop-in hot counters to keep food on. They are designed to handle hot temperatures and will give an average surface maximum temperature of 105 deg C. They are 5mm thick with 10mm radius corners, easy to fit using our high-temperature black silicone sealant.
