Ceramic band heaters are suitable for high temperatures up to 600°C. They also have a much longer working life compared to mica band heaters due to the ceramic insulation. They are flexible compared to mica band heaters.
They are also used where energy efficiency is a organisations policy, longevity is required and if  machine down time would be costly. In the long run they work out to be cheaper than normal mica band heaters.

We can offer them with a variety of termination styles according to the application. They can be provided with holes and slots as required.
